Rotary Distributor
PME design, supply and install rotary distributors to pass wastewater evenly over plastic or mineral media. They are sized based on flow rates and tank diameter and range from 2 to 500 l/s and 4 to 35m diameter.
Features
- Rotation is achieved using a centrally mounted paddle wheel(s), turbine vanes or reaction drive depending on flow requirements
- Electric drive available as an option to provide variable speed control
- Hard wearing, uncomplicated drive
- Arms discharge from the top or from the side using splash plates to provide 'curtain' effect distribution
- Open trough arms are available as an option to minimise maintenance
- Robust self lubricating bearing design provides long life and minimal maintenance
- Distributor and media from a single source provides process integrity
